Individual Feedback
Tenants can feedback by writing to us, emailing, calling, registering comments via our website or visiting our local office.
Surveys
There are a number of surveys, both postal and telephone, that we carry out to assess satisfaction with our services, e.g. repairs, new lettings, STATUS surveys, etc.
Estate Inspections
We carry out regular estate inspections with tenants to look at any improvements that need to be made to communal estate areas.
Residents Association
The Residents Association at our Mansions estate:
- Works closely with us to improve all aspects of our housing service;
- Helps keep all tenants informed of the issues affecting the estate/area they live in through newsletters, open meetings, and more;
- Campaigns on local issues where appropriate;
- Organises social, leisure or educational activities for the benefit of all residents;
- Holds regular surgeries for residents;
- Helps represent residents, feedback to them on various issues and resolve disputes;
- Negotiates on behalf of individuals and groups of residents;
- Helps promote estate or area based activities such as good neighbour schemes, neighbourhood watch, etc.
