Service Standards

We have agreed a set of service standards with our residents which cover all of the housing services we provide. We monitor our performance against these standards, reporting to our Board of Trustees and they are also regularly scrutinised by our Residents Association. This ensures that we continue to provide excellent standards of service to all tenants.
