Our Performance
We aim to provide excellent housing services to all our tenants, and to monitor these services alongside tenants to ensure that we are achieving this aim. We regularly report our performance on key areas of our housing service such as rent collection, letting of vacant properties and repairs to our Residents Association and our Board of Trustees.
Our performance in these areas can be found in our Annual Review.
In addition, our recent STATUS Customer Satisfaction survey showed that 85% of our residents are satisfied with the services we provide, placing us above the national average of social landlords.
