Complaints and Compliments

We aim to provide a high quality service in all areas of our work. However, there may be times when you feel that we have not achieved this and you may wish to complain. 

We welcome your feedback. Complaints let us know when we get things wrong and give us the opportunity to put things right, making sure we do better in future.

If you have raised any issues with our staff and feel they have not been resolved then you should consider making a formal complaint. For further information about making a complaint, please download and read Complaints Policy. You can also download our complaints form.

Our complaints procedure is not for everyday matters such as chasing repair requests or reporting a problem with your neighbours. In the first instance you should discuss these matters with your Housing Officer.

Giving a compliment

Perhaps you want to tell us about a good service we have provided, or a member of staff who has performed particularly well. If so we would equally like to hear from you!
