Anti-Social Behaviour

All reports of anti-social behaviour are taken seriously and will be investigated in line with our ASB policy and procedure. However, there are some situations where difficulties between neighbours are due to a difference in lifestyle or a disagreement. In these cases we encourage you to reconcile the differences yourselves or consider our mediation service.

We have signed up to the Respect Charter for Anti-Social Behaviour and we are committed to tackling anti social behaviour fairly and consistently. This means that we will take action against tenants if they commit serious acts of anti-social behaviour. This could occur in a variety of ways: warnings, acceptable behaviour contracts and various types of legal action leading to eviction as a last resort. We will also work with perpetrators of ASB and tenants who are identified as being at risk of perpetrating ASB to seek to challenge, change and modify behaviours.
