Social Facilities

Many of the social activities at the Foundation are organised by the people who live here. The community support is an essential part of the Stoll model, ensuring that people never feel lonely or isolated.

We are keen to encourage tenants to participate in a range of activities that will make it possible not only for them to continue learning, but also to work with others in a range of new and stimulating projects.

The atmosphere and community spirit that makes the Foundation a good place to live are created by the tenants themselves. They continue to do this through regular activities such as keep-fit, line dancing, quiz afternoons and social evenings. They have also helped to raise money for a new wheelchair-accessible minibus which is available for groups outings, shopping trips or for tenants to use individually.
