Pryors Bank welcomes new training partner
The Sir Oswald Stoll Foundation is delighted to announce that Julian Ward, head chef of the Royal Institute, has embraced the Pryors Bank Cafe social enterprise project, and has invited our cafe apprentices to work one day a week at his Time & Space restaurant.
Our new apprentices, Tony and David, will both work at different sections of Julian's kitchen and after three months will change sections so they have a full grasp of the whole place and all the menus and types of service. We are exceptionally grateful to Julian Ward for offering our apprentices this fantastic opportunity.
Julian opened the Time and Space restaurant with Heston Blumenthal having worked and trained under and with Anton Adelman at the Savoy.
