The flats at Sir Oswald Stoll Mansions are mobility standard or wheelchair-accessible and can be easily
adapted to specific needs as required. There are lifts going to all floors, and the whole estate is accessible for a wheelchair user. Numerous facilities are available on the estate, including a medical centre, social activities organised by residents themselves and a minibus service, allowing those who have even severe mobility problems to enjoy an independent lifestyle.

All tenants on the estate have access to support services provided by the Tenant Support team who ensure that tenants can live independently and receive the help they need when it is needed.

In addition to the facilities we have on the Mansions, we have also developed and now manage new family homes in Townmead Road and the Clem Atlee estate, which are specially adapted for people with disabilities. All our future developments will incorporate specially adapted homes but will be generally designed to ensure that they meet what is regarded as best practice in the provision of accessible or "Lifetime" homes.
