Housing Management

The Foundation provides a comprehensive management service for the tenants of its properties, the standards of which have been developed with the active participation of tenants through the Tenants Association and other resident groups.

Tenants are involved in all aspects of the running of the Sir Oswald Stoll Mansions, from meetings with management on day-to-day issues through to representation on a Committee to the Board. To ensure that the Foundation provides a comprehensive management service for the tenants of all its properties, our standards have developed through the active participation of tenants in the Tenants Association or other resident groups.

On all the Foundation's schemes, we have found ways to ensure that residents have a strong influence on how their homes are managed and the standards of services they receive. The influence of our accountability to the people to whom we provide facilities and services is in evidence with the high levels of satisfaction that are expressed by tenants and residents when our annual satisfaction surveys are undertaken.
